(1) Order Process

When you place an order with wearing ltd., you are agreeing to purchase the item(s) in accordance with these terms. 

Some products are listed as ‘made-to-order’. We aim to fulfil the production of your order within 7 working days, unless otherwise stated in the listing. Once your order is confirmed and payment has been processed via Stripe, we will begin production of your item(s).




(2) Product Information

All items are handmade by us using carefully selected materials. Each piece is unique, and slight variations in fabric or design may occur. These are not considered defects but rather characteristics that make each item one-of-a-kind.

In some cases, we may use vintage fabrics or second hand clothes to create things that have a new life. Please note that these items may possess signs of wear but this is the intention, and is not considered a defect.




(3) Shipping Policy

*Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7 business days from the date of payment.

*Shipping Method: We ship via Royal Mail. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

*Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

*International Shipping: We currently ship to the EU and USA. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply upon arrival in your country.




We are not responsible for any delays caused by the postal service, and once the package has been handed over to the carrier, delivery is out of our control.




(4) Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If you receive an item that is defective or not as described, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We may ask for photo documentation and will evaluate the issue on a case-by-case basis. 




(5) Pricing & Payment

All prices on wearing ltd. are listed in GBP (£). All payments are made via Stripe, which accepts credit and debit card payments securely.

By placing an order, you agree to pay the full price (including applicable shipping charges). We reserve the right to adjust pricing or shipping rates if necessary.




(6) Privacy Policy

At wearing ltd., we respect your privacy. Any information you provide will only be used to process your orders or send you updates on your purchase, unless agreed to otherwise. We do not store your payment details.

All designs, images, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Wearing Ltd. and may not be reproduced or used without our permission.




(8) Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damage, loss, or injury that occurs once an order is in the possession of the carrier. Shipping delays, lost packages, or other issues related to third-party carriers (Royal Mail, FedEx, etc.) are beyond our control. We encourage you to reach out to the carrier directly for any delivery-related issues.

wearing ltd. reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the most recent version will be effective immediately.
